Josh's practice focuses on real estate development and real estate and business transactions. Typical projects include preparing the formation, disclosure and purchase and sale documents for condominium developments, advising clients about risk management for condominiums and other real estate developments, representing condominium and homeowners associations, negotiating real estate purchases and sales and commercial leases, advising clients on real estate financing, purchases and sales of businesses, forming LLCs and corporations, and drafting CC&Rs, easements and general business agreements.
