Keaton G. Hille

Real Estate & Construction Attorney

Disputes often arise in the context of real estate, construction, and business, all of which are unique. Whether a dispute is ultimately resolved by negotiation, litigation, or alternative dispute resolution, my first and foremost objective is to actively listen to my clients’ needs and goals. Thoughtful, efficient, and cost-effective legal counsel is only possible after understanding the full context of the client’s situation.

My practice is largely focused on dispute and litigation matters, primarily those involving real estate, construction, and general business matters.

In the real estate arena, I regularly represent clients, including owners and lenders, in litigation related to purchases and sales, boundary disputes, and quite title actions.  Necessary components of my practice include prosecuting and defending lawsuits, drafting and reviewing easement agreements, and solving boundary line disputes through boundary line agreements or adjustments.

My litigation practice also has a construction law component in which I represent owners, lenders, general contractors, and subcontractors in a variety of disputes, including lien claims and contract disputes, and related litigation.

Additionally, I work with clients to resolve various real estate and land use issues, such as permitting, zoning, and municipal law matters.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Pauline, and our Boston terrier, Jack. I can also be found fly fishing or in my woodworking shop.
