Doug focuses his practice on the representation of creditors in both state and federal courts.  In state courts, he is well-versed in lien foreclosures, collections and receivership litigation.  In federal courts, he represents creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy litigation, including relief from stay, preferences, fraudulent transfers and contesting bankruptcy plans.
