Britney Bergen is an associate attorney with Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller P.S.  Britney's practice focuses on real estate, finance and banking and general business. Britney handles both litigation and transactional matters.

Real Estate
Britney’s real estate practice includes purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties, drafting and reviewing commercial and residential leases, reviewing preliminary commitments for title insurance, drafting and reviewing easement agreements, solving boundary line disputes through easements, boundary line agreements, and/or litigation, drafting and reviewing covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) and related governing documents, and representing condominium and homeowners associations.  She has worked on numerous lawsuits involving real estate matters, as well as mediations.

Finance and Banking
Britney’s finance and banking practice includes drafting and reviewing loan documents and commercial loan modifications, as well as handling collections and foreclosures.  Britney typically represents community banks and other lenders in these matters.
 
General and Business
Britney’s general business practice includes selecting, forming, and maintaining business entities, especially limited liability companies and corporations, drafting and reviewing shareholders’ agreements and LLC operating agreements, drafting and handling corporate acquisitions and related transactions, negotiating and drafting various contracts, including employment agreements.
