My practice focuses on the real estate, construction and banking industries.
Primarily, I help businesses (large and small) solve problems and disputes. My goal is to add value to
a client's business by using the law to find
an economical solution to the issue at hand. I have found that my litigation
experience—having handled disputes across the State of Washington, and at all
levels of the court systems—is invaluable in recognizing problem areas and
steering clients away from potential disputes. I also advise clients on general
business matters, such as forming a new company or questions they may have about
operating an ongoing business.
